“Microwave Absorbing Sheet” — for shielding radio frequency fields, including the digital microwaves

Most RF shield materials work by reflection. This carbon sheet is more absorptive than most RF shield materials.  It consists of carbon with a plastic laminated coating for easier handling.  It can not be grounded.  This is a good material to use with a reflective material when you are shielding the walls of a room.  You put the reflective material on the outside to reflect away the RF/microwave fields coming in from outside.  You place this absorbing sheet on the inside, to minimize any bouncing RF reflections inside the shielded room.

This RF shielding material comes in a standard width of 48 inches wide, and is sold by the linear foot.
