Standard Shipping Fee: Shipping fees are always $15 per shipment, whether that includes one, two or three meters. This is for the 48 contiguous states in the USA only, using FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. There may be extra shipping charges required for Hawaii and Alaska.
Expedited Shipping: You can also pay for expedited shipping, which would be $10 surcharge for our time plus the actual FedEx Express cost. For expedited shipping, please call our office, do not order over the internet.
Where Do We Ship? We can ship only to addresses within the USA. Unfortunately, we cannot ship meters from our California office to Canada or other locations outside of the US. For international orders, you can order via our distributor in New York, using the special “Distributor in New York” link on the order pages.

How to Return Your Rental Meter? Detailed Instructions for returning your rental meters back to us are included with your rental equipment. The standard rental period is seven days, starting the day you actually receive the package. After the seventh day, please return the meter back to us using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail. You are responsible for the actual cost of the return shipment. Please insure your package, and mail it to:

California Sales Tax. California residents pay sales tax for all purchased and rented meters that are shipped from our local California office.
New York Sales Tax. New York residents pay sales tax for any meters fulfilled automatically through our New York distributor, using the “Distributor in New York” link on the sales pages.
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns of the test meters, unless there is a manufacturing defect or problem with the functioning of the meter. If you are unsure whether you want to purchase any particular test meter, please begin with a rental to try it out for yourself. You can then convert that rental into a purchase, at no extra cost.
